A significant part of our programme involves familiarising participants with various roles that play a crucial part in advocating for LGBTQ+ elders. These roles include LGBTQ+ Advocate, Diversity & Inclusion Manager, HR Manager, Mental Health Professional, Policy Analyst, and Communications Specialist.
